Are toy materials harmful?

What do I do if I've entered the wrong details?

Please contact us immediately at hello@cogikid.com so that we can amend your order in good time.
If the package has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes.
If the product is returned, we will contact you to decide what to do next.

How long does shipping take?

All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed and shipped. Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 days for processing due to high demand for our products. After processing, standard domestic/international delivery typically takes 4-9 business days. At Cogikid™, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, as soon as the parcel is sent you will receive a tracking number.

Some items are missing from my order. What happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains bulky items, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.

I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: Hello@Cogikid.comand we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, provided the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
